Privacy

Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nothing. The only personal information I end up with is whatever you choose to type into the contact form and send me.

What this site stores on your device

No cookies. One entry in your browser's local storage, fa:lastSubmit, which is a timestamp of the last time you submitted the contact form. It exists so the form can stop an accidental double send. It never leaves your browser, I never see it, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

What you send me

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional project name, what you need, a budget range, a timeline, and your message.

Depending on how the form is configured, that is either delivered to a private channel in my Discord server, or it opens your own email client with the message pre-filled. In that case nothing passes through this site at all, and it reaches me the same way any other email would.

I use it to reply to you and to talk about the work. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

Who else is involved

• Google Fonts. Typefaces load from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser requests them directly, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
• Hosting. Like any website, the server that hands you these pages may keep standard access logs (IP address, the page requested, a timestamp) for security and diagnostics.
• Discord. If the contact form delivers to Discord, your message is stored there and Discord's own terms apply to it.

There is no analytics, no advertising, no pixel and no third-party tracking script anywhere on this site.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my inbox or Discord for as long as they're useful: while we're talking, and for a while afterwards in case the project comes back. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

Your choices

Email felipe@felipeariza.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You don't have to give me a reason.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
